Sawing machine to obtain curves
This machine is one of the specific set for pipes and conduit insulation machines.
The machine is planned to obtain curves from blocks of glass-wool, rock-wool, expanded or extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, cork, phenol resins and other similar materials.
The machine is able to cut curves with a minimum internal diameter of 20 mm and a maximum external diameter of 600 mm with a radius of curvature enclosed between 0 and 600 mm.
Diameter adjustment can be executed manually or semi-automatically, while the regulation of cutting speed is made by an electronic controller system. The same machine can work with tilting saws or hot wires, according to the materials to cut.
