The coils processing equipment allows the loading, positioning, and feeding for the upper and lower metal facings of the panels.
The automatic positioning of the coil is made through motorized car on rails that slides and lift the coil onto a wedges mandrel that with an hydraulic expansion lock the coil.
An external console allows to control the coil loading remotely and safely by one operator, preventing any potential hazard for anyone nearby.
The sheets positioning is enhanced by automatic loading tables equipped with speed controlled pinch roll units that feed the sheet in line for the next processing steps.
The configuration with four uncoilers improves the coil loading efficiency by reducing the line downtimes.
This option allows the operator to retrieve and load coils to one pair of uncoilers while the other one is operating.
