Characteristics
The stacking section is designed to pick, stack and align the panels exiting from the cutting or cooling section conveyor and to make uniform piles of the final product ready to be packed and/or unloaded.
For the production of panels up to 16 meters we provide an ultra-fast handling system with barrel tilter, sliding arms and elevator platforms.
For the production of heavy panels, up to 25 meters, we provide a secure handling system with two section vacuum-assisted pick and place for the panel lift and tilt: In this configuration the first unit allow the fastest piling process of short panels and the second unit, that operates synchronously with the first, allow the piling process of long panels.
Our handling solutions are also designed together with our customer needs and specifications, in order to reach the maximum speed and accuracy of the panels lifting and movement.
