Characteristics
Electronic pantographic machine with rotating wire cutting
The electronic pantographic machine is the first of a specific set of machines studied for those with production interests in pipes and conduits. This machine can obtain each shape from blocks of glass wool, rock wool, expanded or extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, phenol resins, cork, cellular glass, gypsum and other similar materials.
This machine is equipped with a numeric control an interpolation for constant and precise control of its two axes. The numeric control may be programmed by hand using the appropriate keyboard in the control panel, or by means of a computer. The computer uses a software made for this specific application that allow to draft the shape of the particular to cut, to optimize automatically the block to cut and to do still automatically the working program that must send to the numerical control.
The dialogue between computer and numeric control is make by serial connection. With a particular technological solution, this machine is able to cut two blocks of material at the same time, each having maximum length 2500 mm, width 1450 mm and height 1000 mm. With this solution the production capacity is double respect to traditional machines, with the guarantee in the meantime of high precision and speed during work.
