Characteristics
The sandwich panel production line ends with an orbital packing machine that wraps the bundle in order to make it water, damp and dust proof.
This machine task is fully automated, and program controlled, in order to save labour costs, improve efficiency and also the whole package appearance.
When the bundle of stacked panel exits the stacking conveyor it moves through a rotary ring that seals the polyethylene protective film on all the 6 sides of the package.
The machine also includes the following features:
- Feeding system that insert polystyrene spacer blocks, pallets and cardboards at the bottom of the bundle to allow a further easy and safe movement of the product with a forklift;
- Adjustable film stretch electrically controlled unit to ensure a constant tensioning of the protective film during the wrapping phase around the bundle independently from the height of it.
